Can we withdraw the poisonous remarks?
Can we stop dishing dirt in the safety of the dark?
Can we create love and destroy hate?
Can we accept what’s real and banish what’s fake?
Can we be a little more supportive and a little less envious?
Can we melt the walls of ignorance and build towers of friendliness?
These emotional catastrophes are solid proof
That we should trash the lies and recycle the truth

I like the idea of trashing the lies and recycling the truth! Of course lies cannot be got rid of completely! But if people with the same beliefs join together, something can be done about the issue! Liked the poem a lot!
